02Do we need separate accounts for every AI service?

Normally, no. AvoraSpace manages the infrastructure behind the agreed service so your team can focus on using the system rather than maintaining the technology stack.

03Are AI and telephone costs included?

Your agreed plan includes a defined level of system usage. If your call or message volume grows significantly, we'll review the plan with you rather than leaving you with an unpredictable collection of provider bills.

04What does implementation cover?

The one-time implementation fee covers the initial build, business configuration, knowledge setup, integrations, testing and launch of your AvoraSpace system.

05Can we start with one system?

Yes. A business can begin with the system causing the biggest bottleneck and add additional parts later.

06Can our plan change?

Yes. Plans can be adjusted as your usage, integrations or business requirements change.

07Do we own our business data?

Your business data remains your business data. AvoraSpace only processes and stores information required to operate the services you use, subject to the agreed terms and privacy arrangements.
